Hyl-Tun Farm is a 19th century family farm located in the foothills of the western Maine mountains with over 100 acres of open fields and miles of trails through old growth and selectively cut forests. There are jumps, banks, bridges, steep hills, and water crossings. The x-country and stadium courses include elements ranging in difficulty from Elementary to Training, and are located on sandy soils open early in the riding season (early May). Overnight stabling (30 stalls) is available in our historic post and beam barns.

We welcome all riding disciplines, and offer the following:
  • Trail riding both here and on off-site trails into the western mountains
  • Schooling over stadium and cross-country courses
  • Use by outside clinicians for single day or overnight clinics
Jump-Start The Riding Season!    Stadium and cross- country jumping courses on sandy soils open as early as April, weather permitting!    Individuals and Instructors Welcome!
